ROME, THE POLICE IS NOT AFRAID: IT RESTORES ORDER AND DISCIPLINE

The night in Rome was a night of very high tension. Police blocked the march and clashes broke out. You see it in the video. Smoke everywhere, blue lights of the patrol cars, helmets and shields against the protesters. And while the police advanced to restore order, on the other side there was a crowd filming everything on their phones. As if it were a show. They shout, they push, they insult, and then they complain if they are stopped. This is the truth no one wants to tell: it is not a peaceful march. It is chaos. It is people who want to occupy the street, challenge law enforcement and turn a demonstration into urban guerrilla warfare. And what did the police do? They did their duty. They did not run away. They were not afraid of the extreme left, they were not afraid of those who want to turn our cities into a war square. They moved forward. They blocked. They contained. They restored discipline where there was only violence. This is the only answer that works. Not talk, not tables, not press releases. Order, discipline, respect. Because if you let the march pass by force, tomorrow they will do it again. If instead you put a State in front of them that is not afraid, then they understand that Italy is not land to be conquered. Rome tonight proved two things. The first: there are those who want to destroy. The second: there are still those who are ready to defend. And we stand on the side of those who defend. Always.
